The Ball Chair was presented at the international furniture fair in Cologne. That is the sensation of the fair, an international breakthrough for Eero Aarnio and started for the entire line of fiberglass designs by Aarnio.
A Ball Chair form a comfortable and calm atmosphere, created by using the same principle with the glider or airplane wings. This chair is covered plywood mold with wet paper and laminated with fiberglass surfaces. In the end I put up a red phone on the wall of the inside of the seat and add a foot so that it can rotate on its axis.
Chair form is so simple, just shaped like a ball. This is one of the most remarkable chair in the history of furniture from the 20th century with phenomenal design.
